Wiper motor
Brand new wiper motor keeps slipping, cable as free as can be all cleaned and fresh grease. Gears are free and oiled, but the metal gear moves and then slips on the plastic gear!

Well I hopping to win things with it so want it to be pretty original I’m only doing period modifications to it well and possibly going to paint the engine black so she’s black and white all round which might be frowned upon, but hey I’ve rebuilt a spare that’s in it that’s original colours at the m...

Although I’ve called Charles weares and they said cream haha!! They are going to call me back in the morning when they can look on their data base apparently so should no for sure!

Thank you very much for all your reply’s!! Mine is a 1970 so I from what I have read I should be buying the grey yes? I did call esm and they said the grey but he said it’s kind of personal preference, plus the fleck one is a little easier to fit

Not sagging no, he reckons it is quite soft stuff, it's not horrendously soft just it can be indented with your nail. Hopefully time will sort it out. Also I've got fuel tank in fuel line, front and rear susispension all the hubs and brakes are on new bearings. Which brings me to the next problem I'...

Yeah the guy who done it didn't have a booth but was heated and did bake it I just don't think for long enough! Hopefully it will sort itself out! I will hopefully have the engine in it by the end of the month, reboard it and have new pistons, rings, gudgeon pins and small ends, big ends, mains, reg...

Only problem is it was painted a month ago, and if you touch the roof with your nail it can indent it? So the paint is still a bit soft is this okay???

I was only looking for a new crank so that I do t have to wait while mine is getting reground, and do I need all the shells? Also she dosnt burn oil but leeks it a lot!!
