ok i will be doing the whole car including the engine bay engines out ready and all been rebuilt as with the gearbox also,
ive chosen that colour as i think it will match up to my red rear wing trims and the new red interior,

Hi ok just refitting the distributor now when i stripped it i cannot remember wether there is supposed to be a gasket between the clamping plate and the engine can anyone enlighten me please ?

ok another one in my head set i have 8 tiny 0 rings are they for the valve stems and do you just remove the collets and drop one on the valve stem then replace collects?

ok ive hit a prob on rebuilding my engine i am just putting the front eng mount plate on and im not sure where this bracket goes if you look at the pics its like a 2 1/2 inch long tab washer at the bottom is that the correct place for it ? thanks,cant seem to get the pics the right way round and is ...

Thats absolutly a perfect reply thankyou it explains it all i got confused because the pic on the post headed "brake servo fit query" shows the arrow pointing towards the servo when it should show it pointing towards the manifold like you said so the diagram must be wrong?

Hi when adding a servo does it matter which outlet to use off the master cyl to the servo cyl inlet? as im having trouble bleeding the brakes up.drums all round by the way. thanks Tony.. also where it shows on that diagram above the one way valve surely it should be the other way round as if i point...

Hi so have i , i think, ive just fitted a servo under the bonnet and removed all the pipes back and front now trying to figure out what goes were the thing im a bit confused about is where to take the feed for the brakes on the master cyl i see from some other posts about blocking one of the two fee...

I've walked away from a few cars these last few years that have had the wing pipeing painted over. I find it just shows that who ever did the respray doesn't have pride in they're work, or the person commissioning the paint job is trying to hide something possibly. so true i quite like the idea of ...

ok everything is looking like dove grey the roof looks original and some bits inside are dove grey also,
so that be it,its got to be dove grey ,ive done the inner wings in stonechip dove grey they look good i think.

what is the easiest way to fit rear wing trims they are just black plastic do i add them after painting the wings and shell or is there a better method,?
