Hi Les,
I fitted some from ESM to my 55 van about 8 years ago, they are excellent just as good as the originals but in stainless.
All the best Keith

Re: wipers
Just to clarify...there are two types of wiper box design for the series MM. The earlier one has the wiper box/spindle mounted on a bracket under the dashboard which has a rubber seal on the top between the body and the spindle. I had the same problem recently, did the same as David recommended. Add petrol leave overnight then swish the petrol around and use an airline on the petrol pipe connection. It does eventually clear.

Re: Lowlight
The section shown in the attached on my floor, the highlight car floors have a ridged panel that runs the full length of the sill front to back, it is quite different, the lowlight floors are known as flat floors for that reason. The change in design happened on or around the transition to highlight...

Re: Lowlight
Thanks chaps, the car has some original features which you don't often see as its been off the road for 40 years so hasn't been modified, for example it only has a drivers side windscreen wiper, the rear window has a metal inner surround. There a quite a few differences I noticed during the restorat...

It went extremely well, one of the compressor belts broke which means the radiator will have to come out :( . I have lots of pictures of the restoration, if I get some spare time I'll post the...

I wouldn't recommend repairing the old copper oil pipe or using the plastic pipe from ESM. You need to buy one of these...
