Re: Carpet Fasterners
i can count 10.. are the additional 4 you see the ones at the front edge of the back carpet? if so i would have thought those are the holes for the front seat (hence me not counting them)? i would not have thought you would need any at that point anyway as the front seat holds the carpet down.

Re: Traveller roof rack
i for one would not want to trust the gutters on the traveller roof to hold anything..
I know of one traveller with a roof rack.. if i can recall who it was i will ask them how they secured it.

Re: Traveller front seats
i am happy to be corrected, but i am not aware of any minors fitted with velour seats as standard, to the best of my knowledge standard seats are leather or vinyl trying to look like leather.. the seats could have been recovered at some point or more likely the seats have been replaced with seats fr...

Re: 155 Nankang or 145 Bridgestone
You cannot fit a pair of 145s on the back if you have 155s on the front anyway. whilst i am aware that you can not mix tyres sizes across an axle.. unless you are using a space saver and limiting your speed.. i have never been aware of anything saying your rear wheels must be the same size or bigge...

Re: Front seats with headrests
i am not aware of anyone that has ever modified a moggy front seat to take a head restraint.. i am not sure i would feel comfortable either, if the angle and support etc are not just right, you might end up making the situation worse in the result of an accident. having said all that this company se...

Re: One brake light out, but it’s not the bulb...
Geoberni - I think you missed the point!!! the OP asked in his original question: 'Also are there any elegant solutions for additional brake lights out there?' Additional brake lights are generally high level  Yep, I'll give you that. I hadn't thought of that option. I was concentrating on th...

Re: Bonnet up height
before taking the roof off check where abouts in your area will take the panels. 10 years ago i had to take some to a tip 25 miles away and was limited to 5 panels a month but it was free. my neighbour has said he was being charged over 200 pounds to take his roof.. and off course make sure you have...
