I was wondering what people use for holding there mobile phone 9iphone) in their Morris. I guess a windscreen suction device is the easiest but wondered if anyone else has any good solutions? TIA
ps Photo would be helpful.

How often should the oil be replaced?
How much do they hold?
Finally what is the best way to drain the old oil?
Thanks

Fitting a brake reservoir / header tank
Can anyone advise how the Brake Header tank kit is fitted? Where does the reservoir need to be fitted and how is this plumbed into the brake system?
Many thanks in advance

Re: Alternator Pulley size
Thanks all for the advice and information. The Alternator is putting out 14v when the lights have been left on and charged the battery to 13v. Previously the voltmeter in the car would show 13v when the car was running normally but is only registering 12v now, a separate Multimeter is giving the res...

Re: Alternator Pulley size
Thanks Bob.
Yes it was an alternator for alternator swap. I was basing my comments on the voltmeter fitted in the car.
Not sure where/ how to measure the voltage output. Can you advise?

Alternator Pulley size
I have just fitted a new alternator from Bull Motif. The new pulley is smaller than the old one.
It is charging, based on the Volt meter but doesn't seem to be charging as fast as the old one did. Will swapping the pulley over solve the problem?
Thanks

Re: MMOC 40th Anniversary Charity Marathon
When Branches have had their events and collections is it best to pay the money into a members account so that they can then pay the money over through "Just Giving". If they are a tax payer then they can increase the donations by 20% by using Gift Aid?

Re: Seat Paint/Dye
I have just used TRG Vinyl Paint in Scarlett to recolour the Cherokee Red seats in my minor. It is an excellent colour match.
About 6 cans of 150ml will do all the seats.[frame][/frame]

Has anyone fitted LED lamps to their Minor? If so which lamps did you replace and where did you get them from?
Also how effective are they?
Thanks

Convertible window Frames
The paint work on my convertibles rear 3/4 Window frame keeps catching when the hood is raised or lowered. I have seen Stainless Steel frames which would stop the problem and in deed match the door frame. Does anyone know where these can be bought?
Thanks

At the July meeting we had a look back at the closing ceremony of the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games. We had a video of the ceremony showing the Minors Dancing in the Rain, plus some great photos and mementoes of the day. Quite a few members who took part on the day were at the meeting and it wa...

Can you say if the change of insurer from Red Star to RSA is the driver for these Premium increases and why you have changed the underwriter?
