its a freshly rebuilt mg 1275cc engine was a full rebuild

blue smoke on start up
when i start my car in the moring there is a lot of blue smoke, it smells as well the engine is ready for its first serive, will it stop after this or is it sumet serious, it goes after driving for a couple of mins its not the usual white smoke cause of the cold

but it depends on what year traveller he has, it could already have 8 inch drums, bmc does say 9 inch drums are good and im sure they are he might be better getting these as he says he wants a standard traveller

what year is the car, if its a later traveller it will already have 8 inch drums, its the earlier cars that had 7 inch
id never trust drums again after my cylinders failed and they were only 3 months old and not a pattern part

yeah i came to mine to find the drivers quaterlight ripped off, lucky i had a spare hinge from sum stainless door tops i have then a week later, the same quaterlight ripped of !!!!!!!!!!!! had to wait for another hinge and its now superglued in place haha

you can buy a new ford kit for £350 from esm, thats the kit i used and they have morris pcd,
