Hello,
So I've been flicking through the original driver's handbook that came with our car today, and I noticed that a previous owner has noted some things in it, and it intrigued me about the history of our car - I know literally nothing about her, and she's had 10 previous owners! And a lot of work done, etc...
I think I can fill in a V888 form - is this correct? is it worth it, am I likely to glean much info?

Details of how to trace the history of your Minor are here: http://www.mmoc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=39205
Sending off a V888 form will provide the names & addresses and dates of previous owners shown on the DVLA database, providing that you are the current owner of the vehicle.

Hi, sorry to come back to this. Does EVERY application need proof of address? Who gets paper statements anymore??!!LouiseM wrote:Details of how to trace the history of your Minor are here: http://www.mmoc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=39205

As I'm the owner will it be okay without?

Indeed, hence the question - would I still need to find some proof of address?bmcecosse wrote:DVLA KNOW if you are the registered owner!
