Looks very similar to a Les Leston wood-rim wheel, such as this one:

As to value, it all depends on whether it is a Les Leston or a lesser-known make and what car it fits, diameter of it, and whether you can obtain the correct sized horn push/centre cap...

And that is at the bottom of the value scale.
Plenty of Les Leston steering wheels for sale on 'e' bay ranging from a few hundred pounds to several thousand.

Is there no identification mark or number on the alloy part of the wheel even if there is no name?
