I would ask in whatever you have locally as Car Spares stores.
I assume there must be some in Sri Lanka, but the availability will depend on your supply chain influences.
It will need to be an aerosol to get a thin covering, but shipping of spray cans is a 'dangerous goods' item so usually only goes surface freight.
