1959 glove box lid, very small screws.

Post by GPO_Van »

1959 glove box lid, very small screws.

I looked at a screw size chart on google for the glove box screws that are:-
4.13mm head diameter (0.162”)
9.66mm long (0.388”)

When ordering the appropriate suggested screw size of 4’s the head diameter is actually 5.4mm (0.212”) and is far too big for the countersunk chrome strip.

Can anyone point me to a source please, I was going to by some small screws from an online modle shop, but I do not want to order another box of unusable screws.
Thanks Gentlemen
