Classic Cars at Bo'ness Steam Railway - this Sunday!

Post by bmcecosse »

Sunday 20 June is the day! Phone Charles Reid for a free entry - 0131-661-4276, or just turn up on the day. All entrants get a free pass (for two) for a ride on the train behind Morayshire or possibly 80105 up to the newly opened extension to Manuel Junction, with spectacular views from the Avon Viaduct on the way. http://www.srps.org.uk/railway/[frame][ ... 46964_2985[/img][/frame][frame]Image[/frame]

Ha Ha ! I thought you were asking if there would be room for your wee caravan in a shed at Bo'ness! Of course there will be room for your 'bed' which is inside your mobile 'shed' at the show. But of course - your 'shed' is very very much better than that - it is in fact a cracking good 'work of art' ! Very nice indeed!! See you there Graeme!

If any of you want to come along and don't have an entry - don't worry! Just turn up on the day from 10am onwards - it's a very informal show, come and go as you please. Just see Charlie Reid when you arrive and claim your voucher for a free steam train ride (for 2) on the newly extended line to Manuel Junction. Charlie does have a road run organised if you want to do that - or just play trains for the day - and visit the Exhibition which has plenty for the kids and the grown-ups.[frame]Image[/frame]

And if you come and see me - I might let you wave my green flag!

Well done those who turned up - I hope you enjoyed the day. I heard several comments from Staff that were a 'lot' of nice Morris Minors there - so credit where due!
