Me too. It's taken a couple of minutes to open this thread and reply box. I'm on Windows 10 using Chrome. I having to log in each time I visit even though I've ticked the 'remember me' box.

I thought it was just me at first, but until the weekend this used to be the fasted site to respond, now this morning it's by far the slowest.........
38 seconds to do the preview on this post.

Posting it took 1m 18sec
Opening to Edit took 34 sec
I'll not bother re-editing to add the repost time...

This appears to be a network issue with the IONOS host. You will have seen the announcement that they are migrating us to a new platform, and I think that the amount of traffic that move is generating, coupled with some configuration changes to their routers, is causing the slowness problem. I am in contact with them and monitoring the situation.

Thanks for your efforts, it does seem to be improving

Certainly getting back to normal speeds, a great improvement over this morning.

I'm still finding it much slower than it used to be.

It isn't horrendous, but you're still waiting longer than you used to just to:
load the main forum, load a sub-forum, load a message, bring up the login, login, post this message, submit the message (and edit the message) and re-submit the message.
