Betsy Belle's windscreen has sprung a leak in the recent heavy rain! The rubber surround looks quite new, but it's very badly cracked around the corners. Having checked my other car with an 18 month old screen rubber, that's starting to crack too. Any recommendations of where to get a decent screen rubber from? I really don't want to have to keep replacing them every couple of years....
Alternatively do you have any tips as to how to preserve them better? Would a bit of vaseline or something like that on it help?

RE: Windscreen rubber
That is terrible - the ESM screen rubbers on my saloon (Front & Rear) are over 5 years old now and they still look very good and keep the water out. I think you need to speak firmly to the suppliers as they should last at least 10 years I would guess.
