wood chisel
ye boys probably know anyway but for the not so expierianced,cutting through sheet metal the easy way ,use wood chisel and hammer ,gets u right in tight spots where grinder wont go,sharpen on grinder ,its quicker ,quieter and no sparks ,use as u wood a nibbler type thingy,bye then,steve

ello muckers ,couldnt get grinder in far enough to get at ends of inner sill yesterday ,sharpen up the ucantbendit chisel and cut through in no time,no wat u mean about sacrilidge den, caught underseal on fire while welding had to throw me beer on it. still managed to catch some in a drip tray so worked out allright in the end,steve

Wood Chisel
Use an air- chisel . The right tool for the job , and much quicker + safer . Don't forget the ear plugs !! Arfron
hand held chisel is quieter ,cheaper to run, can turn corners when cutting, and if u need to cut a flap in something and then fold back into place it dosent remove any metal like the 2 or 3mm strip that u get with air chisel, i cut off the rear wing all the way along an inch from body ,done in 10 mins although here an air chisel would have been better,steve
