Peterborough Branch - First Meet 13th Oct

A group of Morris Minor owners in and around Peterborough have formed a Morris Minor group. Most of us are already member of the MMOC, but looking for something a little more local to us. (Currently we are driving over 30 miles each way, each month to join other branch meets!)

Well this coming Tuesday (13th of October) at 7.30pm will be our very first official meet.

Hopefully every second Tuesday of the month thereafter if the group can get off the ground.

The venue for the Peterborough monthly meets will be the Old Coach House in Market Deeping.

It is a lovely spot with loads of parking, next to the river and it has a number of rooms for us to have for ourselves.

If you have a Morris Minor (Or two ) or are just interested in these lovely little cars, you are very welcome to join us.

We are hoping for a great turn out to impress the landlord and hopefully secure the venue for months to come. Hope you can make it. [frame][/frame]

Hope you have a good and well attended first meeting, as already indicated I am sorry that I am already booked for a meeting with my other hobby of Model Railways (Chairman so cannot miss).

As you have probably heard, we had an amazing turn out for a first meet, with 11 Morris Minors and 18 folk turning up.

From now on, the Peterborough branch meets will be the third Thursday of each month at the same venue (The Old Coach House in Market Deeping ) making the next one on the 19th of November.
