Enamel paint on underseal

Hi everyone
Does enamel coach paint react when applied on top of black body underseal?

Can't imagine that any paint will adhere to bituminous underseal without cracking or crazing - certainly wasn't in good condition on mine when I got it.

If you mean overpaintable stonechip then no its fine, I have just done my inside floorpan with epoxy mastic 121, a coat of Gravitex and couple of coats of Tekaloid.
If its old or normal bitumen underseal externally then it obviously wont even adhere.

It’s a stone chip then I’ll be painting on top with enamel paint synthetic

stone chip is designed so that it can be overpainted,just try a bit where it can't be seen,if its oil based coach paint then it may go on top of normal underseal,again just try it somewhere.

I have painted stonechip on mine, but I've always thought of stonechip and underseal as two different things. If you have bituminous underseal which is hard enough to form a sound base for paint I suspect it will be susceptible to cracking and water retention - it was intended to protect by staying flexible, but tends to harden in time.
