How do I change the picture in my signature?

Maybe I’m being dense, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to change it.
A pal has remarked that I look like a twit in that cap and he’s right. Must change it.

Click PMs, click profile, click edit signature------ sorry I'm unclear myself from there. I thought that was Foggy from summer wine, standing by your car!

You're very lucky to have a photograph on your signature. Ive tried for two years and never managed to get one on my signature.

Better than looking like Compo I suppose
I can edit my signature, but all I have is this:

[sig]28994[/sig] "Jodie".[size=60] '67 Traveller, 1275, discs, vert shocks, arb etc.[/size]
I'm guessing 28994 refers to a picture I uploaded at some time, but not sure where it is stored or how to change it.
