CPT908G : Where is it ?

Post by Macloud »

Anyone know of the whereabouts of green, 2-door Minor 1000 Saloon, CPT908G ?

My late Mother was its first legal owner, but it was a bit of a family runabout. I know it is still alive and kicking, according to DVLA website, but no idea where.

First registered in August 1968 in County Durham. My Mother disposed of it in the early 1970s when she stopped driving. Alas, I had no say In the matter as I was living overseas at the time.

I would be interested to know what has become of it in the meanwhile and I could perhaps supply a bit of its early history for anyone interested.
Any leads gratefully received.

Regretfully the car is not known to the MMOC, so the current owner is not a member and we can;t make contact that way.

Thanks for that quick response !

A pity it's not known to MMOC, but perhaps I should have guessed this anyway. Just have to hope for someone to recognise the car and make contact.

Fingers crossed still !

Post the question on the MMOC facebook group.
11K members/followers and perhaps 50-70% of those (at a very rough guess) are actually UK based so quite a coverage.

You could strike lucky, the owner might be on there.
