Interior question

Post by BomberHarris »

Does anyone know what the piece of interior that sits above the parcel shelf and below the rear window of a saloon is called please ??

If so do you know where I could get a replacement for a 1960 4 door saloon. Mine is really tatty, I think it should be a cream colour. It's a vynl type material covering a cresent shaped piece of hardboard.

Many thanks..

Hi Bomber, I could be wrong but I think the piece you are describing is part of the headlining, if you still aren't sure give ESM a ring at Stonegate in East Sussex I always go to them for help and advice when I need a part and have found them to be really patient and they do their best to sort out what you need, best regards, Barry

I've always called it a rear parcel shelf (the horizontal bit) although it won't hold many parcels!!

Newton commercial should be able to help, or ESM or any of the main suppliers.
