It has been a lovely sunny day around these parts. :D :D I squeezed Alice in and parked quite close to a dry stone wal...

Re: other people's headlights

My UK and European breakdown cover costs me £30 for the year bought directly from my insurers so it's worth a try giving your insurers a call :D

Re: Manchester minors

Hi Josh, We bought our Minor from there at the beginning of this year and in a nutshell they were, and still are, a really good company to deal with. We wanted a general runabout so didn't want to pay the earth for pristine condition, they had a couple that fitted the bill and they offered very good...

Re: caravans

Advice gleaned from The Caravan Club website :D 1. The lower the laden weight of a trailer caravan when towed on the public highway, the safer the outfit 2. In any case, the laden weight of the caravan should never exceed the kerbside weight of the towing vehicle. 3. The nearer the caravan laden wei...

Re: Some advice for a newbie please

Quote There are reputable dealers and also less reputable ones (who we aren't allowed to name on the forum). There's a dealer in Manchester, the Morris Minor Millennium Company, though I've not had any dealings with them myself. http://www.morrisminorworld.com/ Hi Earlier this year I bought my first...

Re: Fuel Pump Noise

Can you post a picture of the pump? I replaced the electronic pump on my car with an original SU pump because it had a very harsh, loud tick. The SU pump makes a much more gently "thunk". Thanks for the advice chaps, it's nice to know that there are people out there who are in the know. I...

Fuel Pump Noise

I have recently become part of the world that is Morris Minor ownership, and it's great. I picked up a 1969 4 door saloon in Snowberry White yesterday and drove it home through Derbyshire. Is there any treatment to remove the constant smile!! :D :D A bit of advice if somebody would care to help me, ...
