Well done HarryM - i'm sure that was a good buy! And looking more closely at the Traveller that features at the start of this thread - it's no where near as good as my own Trav - and so I revise my judgment of it's value downwards to just over £1000 - maybe £1500 on a 'good' day - with a NEW MOT. C...

Practical Classics do a price guide and condition 2 is £2750 so your would need to be in pretty good condition have an MOT and need minimal work so that it can be used right away. So my Morris traveller didn't sell on ebay...many questions...37 watchers....still nothing....is £3000 o.n.o to high? Someone please advise me...i need to sell him because i just can't afford him!

Hello there, I recently had my 1970 traveller MOT'd to find out some information on how much exactly i needed to do, however we have discovered that the rear near side brake is pretty much always on...i loosened up the brake etc but no change....i then had a look from the rear of the car only to fin...

*tumble weed* :wink: I have been trying to stop my traveller exhaust from blowing so much...i believe i have fixed it....but i am getting some exhaust cloth asap to make sure for certain it's fixed :lol: . I have got a couple of bit's of welding that need attention for the MOT as well as two section...

Jacking point - Morris Traveller :)

I would like to change a few wheels around and get at the brakes and give them a once over...however my problem is...where do i jack my traveller from....there are 2, what appear to be, jacking points in the centre of the car on opposite sides....any help here would be appreciated! :D

Thanks for the replies, managed to break the camera....i'll get some pictures up via the phone haha!

Well i know a few carpenters...i'll see what they say, if they can do anything about it >...< But it looks like wood hardener & filler is the way forward on this one!

Right well i shall get photos up asap...but my traveller has a few bits of rot....i'll be honest it is in dire need or replacement but being a 17 year old in college i'm not exactly 'loaded' does anyone know of anywhere or anyone who can 'replace' it cheaply...or free *If i were to be so lucky hahah...
