Hello all I've got a 950 engine same as a minor in my a35 it won't start very well the carb is orginal the choke does not seam to help to start it the carb seams worn out what are my options can you get a rebuild kit or is there a upgrade I just want reliability thank you all ,Rae

So you mean remove the oil pipe from block to gauze in the sump does this remove while still in engine or have I got the wrong pipe to bleed it ,cheers ,rae

If it's not a silly question were is the pressure relief valve ,to prime the pump put it all back together with fresh oil is that right

i tried the dynamo trick it worked it run like a motor I got in to the regulator if I held one off the bobins in I could get it to 12.4 volts but wire A on the regulator the one that comes from the live starter motor and goes thru volt meter gets red hot and is melting the wire had to disconnect the...

yes could off touched body all happened very quick ive got muti meter on the dynamo and nothing comeing out I will try the motor test tomorrow night and report back thank you ,rae
