i use my travaller everyday usually about 10miles unless its sunny in which-case i take the saab convertible. the trav is in pretty shabby visual condition but the mechanicals are well serviced, she almost always manages to get me and the dogs to and from the beach, rain or shine.

it's not illegal as such but if you get a dodgy copper they could do you with driving without due care. (i know from experiance :oops: )

imho if you like to restore and then sell on later a factory convertable would be good as they usualy fetch a premium in the summer. good luck

hi i was taking some scrap to jhonstons metals in bridgewater and noticed they had a series II two door just laying around the shell was roten but all the parts were there and it had a nice red interior. did not ask if it was for sale but i suspect it would be.

Our library close down two months ago due to budget cuts :/ I think I've made a decision she's going to be black pearl with orange details. Unless anyone else can think of a better colour sceam?

what colours?

hi im currently restoring a van and im not to fond of the origional colour (my father describes it as sick green) and i was wondering what i should do. will it affect the value if its not the factory colour but still an origional one such as good old trafalgar blue? or if its not the factory colour ...

After reading it again it occurred to me that the new one has an electric thingy instead of points. ?!
