hi minor broke down today, checked it was getting fuel, it was, checked for spark very weak changed the condenser, rotor arm &the points at the side off the road & it sprang it to life, it this had been my picasso i would still be standing in the rain, love how simple these cars are

thank you all for the kind comments , and isnt nice the way the nice people in the local tax office grunt at you when they have to hand over a free tax disc, or maybe thats only in Belfast

took the minor to the mot station today, it passed with no problems :lol: , but on the way home i seen steam coming from under the bonnet, stopped to check everything then realised the passengers footwell was soaking, so it seems like the heater matrix has ruptured, but it didnt ruin the fact that a...

thank you all for the support & kind comments, iam going to book the mot on mon , during the 6 month rebuild i mislayed a seat bracket, battery bracket & the steering wheel nut, which i dont think was too bad as it was moved twice during that time, michael

no not yet david, going to book it next week have to bleed the brakes again, get the headlights alined & the tracking reset, and the seat bracket has gone AWOL along with the battery clamp

hi i have my minor going back together again after 2 replacement front wings,(second hand genuine wings) the inner wings were not touched at the front but the original front panel does not line up with the holes for the hockey sticks, is there a trick to replacing this panel, or am i just stupid, th...
