New thanks to Badger (via Millerman) and Yellowduck. As an amateur it took me several goes and rather more than 10 minutes with an anglegrinder before I found the sweet spot - but once I was there it worked a treat. Lucky DMG were temporarily out of stock of their gas strut rear stay conversion kits...

My VRD says that 10 previous owners enjoyed my Traveller before it underwent surgery of every kind, including cosmetic surgery, which will probably have made everything but the number plate unrecognisable.

I just wondered if anyone out there had encountered the car in her previous life.

Do any members have a preferred carpet supplier for a Series MM? If so, what makes the difference?
