Rear inner floor edge repair problem??
This has really got me stumped.While restoring this traveller the thing thats making it so difficult is undoing everyone else crap bodywork welding 'cures'? My problem is i have just renewed the whole floor and have put in inner rear floor edge panels (ones with drain holes in). Everything went like...

Is there one on the passenger side that you can compare it to? 100 people who have something to do with minors have read this and dont know what im talking about??Even the guy on youtube video fitting the door bottom doesnt mention the inner door bracket/skin/reinforcer.

So from what im being told the general setup for front seats in a two door is drivers seat just adjusts for leg length,passengers seat should tilt right forward pivoting on the front bar of the seat base through the two front floor brackets?

Question about traveller under door bottom repair
Bottom of the drivers door is rotted out,i have the repair panels here.I cut out the old sections but inside theres a strengthening double skin part?Should this be plug welded through to my door bottom plate?It needs a fair pulling in with clamps for my plate to meet this inner skin part but i dont ...

I really just can't get things rolling with this restoration,wasn't expecting all this hassle,putting a damper on things to say the least.I'm just going to have to wait on the wood i ordered,then cut and poke around with these panels to make them remotely minor shaped.

Good question!I've got no idea where he gets the ones he sells.Ones from gs jones were the worst,no pre drilled holes for hinge,screws and bigger than original all round.

Been in touch with Steve Foreman and he says he's never had bother with the ones he fits?I sent him pics and he says they're 'way' off
