here is a photo of the right drivers side sills. From the mid/rear there is a 25mm box section that looks like a jack lift point? But there is none on the passenger side-is this normal? also from there back the floor under the sill seems to be at an angle which I think is an old repair. How far back...

thanks, I pulled the cab back and door sills off last night and found a sad state... ill post photos this weekend to get advice about the best way to tackle it.

the flange from the underside of the roof gutter all welded in... not finished yet but I just need to get the roof gutter shipped over from the UK to NZ and put weld through primer on the two surfaces before doing the final shape and fit. hi so ive been away for a little, however progress continues to be made.

Ive cut out some front quarter panels from a donor car and cut them to fit then welded them in. looks a lot better now.

Front drivers inner gaurd cut out to be replaced. The ute was in a crash in the past and very badly repaired.[frame]Image[/frame]

I've been flat out with life. Progress is being made. I will post pics this weekend. I've cut out and replaced front quarter panels and had the motor in and running, we have decided to fully strip the shell and have it blasted and primered. t now so I either weld back in solid or make a removal system. It's not hard to fabricate something to keep the stiffness in check. In did it because the motor and gear box will be in and out so much in the coming months. Here's the a15 I've that's livened up with cams, Serious head work etc. Mated ...

I also cut out the front cross member to make a removable one. Has anyone else done this? I haven't been able to find much info on it. I figured I'ts a great way of getting the engine out quickly.[frame]Image[/frame]

I do that. Then once photo is in the box the is no upload option. When I click preview it doesnt show any photos
