I've never seen another 150 width tyre either. I did think the 70% profile was a bit on the low side for a Minor, but then again they are cheap! Had a reply from ESM today, saying they do not make, and have no plans to make these panels .

Unfortunately as I don't have any metalworking equipment (or skill), making my own curved repair sections is a non-starter. Not looking forward to learning how much it'll cost to get them made .

A tip I got is to mix 2 stroke oil with the petrol at a 1:100 ratio to lubricate valves, upper cyl. head etc. The only downside to this I can see is possibly the need for more frequent decokes. Curious. First port of call should be to contact the place you bought it from. If you try bending it (which doesn't sound like a very good idea due to the risk of fracture) the warranty will most likely be void.

Looks good. Are the wheels banded Minor wheels, or are they specially manufactured?
