I'd searched the VIN at the bulkhead but didn't found it. There is only a plate with the car number screwed to the bulkhead. I know Declan because we got in touch a lot with MG-TDs. As mentioned it depends on the TÜV employee.

Thanks for the hints. In the meantime I got some drawings out of a catalogue which shows that 2door and tourer are based on the same structure and also the parts for the convertible are shown.
