Thanks again George looking at the mount esm sold me a plate wity threee rubbers on it as the correct one, looking at the pic im thinking i need the three separate ones....

OK thanks, I'm thinking of getting some adhesive felt stuff to fasten to the bars or window frame as a bit of protection... the stuff I want isn't felt really but I'll be damned if I know what it is called?? that stuff that is used for sticking under furniture to stop it scratching wood floors !! :P

OK so I done some more research and its dark grey according to the chassis number !! Whoever repainted it did a thorough job as there's no evidence its ever been anything other than green anywhere I can see, its even dark green inside the sills!! I'l just pretend and work on an interior to marry wit...

Not sure if this is the correct spot for this one but im looking to find a colour scheme for the interior of my 1956 s2 convertible. The body is BRG but the interior is a mix of red door cards and wheel arch covers and green carpets. One seat is red leather with white piping the other is pkain red. ...

Thanks for the info. I stuck the cardboard in there as i have all the innards out currently to work on the wiper motor. I’ll try both looks i think and see what looks best

Ok thanks, i was just wondering if there was any sort of standard thing that would fit in the odd shaped hole. No worries ill have a think and see if i can get something to fit or just blank it off

Hood frame, rear window frames

Hi all
Anybody got a good fix for this? The hood frame catches if its not raised or lowered just so.... im thinking of some sort of fabric protection but i suppose theres two questions here.
1. Am I actually missing something that should stop this ? And
2. Anyone got a better solution??

Thanks for the info most useful, there is some parts in the parts section im chasing and hopefully ill get sorted there. Will stick me head in the front and have a look for the mounting holes too... The current list of bits needed just to get her up to spec is driving the wallet rather than gatherin...

Morning Phil. The clear light of day sees me checking those links more closely. Moss are notify for stock and the ebay fella is selling tge bracket attached to a motor in another listing.... Also does anyone have a diagram / picture of how it fits to the car? Assuming it goes on the fwd bulkhead som...
