Have a look at his November 12th ad on 'cars for sale' here, the photos can be seen there, .................. not too pretty, and not a £3K car, unless your name is ** SYD!

Reg number 15 BKK is not shown on DVLA as live on a vehicle. May be on a retention certificate, which is not shown on DVLA, or may be void. 15 BKK was originally a September 1957 registration in Kent which matches up with the vehicle, by the look of the photo. It might be better than it looks, but a...

284 HHX is still taxed, and the last DVLA V5 change was recent, 1st November 2021.

A good looking car! As the registration number seems to be a re-registration from DVLA, you will need to track down the original reg number to find previous owners and history. You may find a clue in the early years of the paperwork you have.

Good for him! He has saved a good variety of models that are ever decreasing. The V8 is an interesting animal too!

Unfortunately the London owner passed away before I bought it, and that is the only reason the family parted with the car.

Re: Hello

A bit of history. I previously owned reg number JMA 969K, and sold it in January 2016. I only owned the unique car for seven months, and I decided to buy a decent Corvette! There is only only one Morris like this, and it lived in London, and was the pride and joy of the previous owner before me. Alt...

They will get near the asking price, as they have a big following abroad, and with wealthy people in the UK. It may take time but maybe £20K will clinch it!

Re: The Very Last Minor Saloon - 50 years old today!

The saving of this car in 2016 couldn't have resulted in any better final solution than this. Many members have been involved in getting this result, which was my original objective, and they all have done a brilliant job. With all the uncertainty in the early days this could have gone pear shaped i...

Re: Engine restorer

The only additive I would add to any fuel is the Redex product, as I have found it will unstick piston rings or sticking valves and restore compression, if that is a problem with a lightly used or long standing vehicle. Years ago I had a Mk2 Jag with a low compression misfire on one cylinder. I put ...
