Re: Fuel pump identification
They are not user serviceable. I had a Hardi pump which packed up after 11 years. I sent them an email and enquired about a repair. They emailed back saying no problem. I think I paid about 25€ in total and they posted it back to me within a few days. I could not tell if it was my pump repaired or a...

Re: Master cylinder
I agree with Phil on the differences but it still could be used. It would require replacing the rear plug with a plug to match your fitting and sealing the filler plug. The easiest way is to use copper pipe as I do on my remote reservoir kits.

You can always fit the Lockheed sticker. The 3D printed cap also fits.

I fitted a 3.9 diff only to find that the standard speedo is now accurate. Check it in comparison to a sat nav before changing anything.

I hope you used the right rubber. That has been the problem with a lot of kits on the market and the sweaty rubber hose. It should be EPDM rubber!

Re: Poor heater output after long time off road.
James,
That is the the cylinder head plate for the XPAG engine on the MG TD. I have them laser cut in stainless steel and fit a heater take-off. The one in the photo is BMS. They were also fitted on XPEG and XPAW engines.

Re: Remote brake master cylinder reservoir
Here's a photo of the MG kit with the Girling style metal can and a stainless steel braided hose. I don't like to use the braided hose on the Morris kit as it means drilling a large hole in the chassis to allow the banjo to go through and the larger bending radius involved. That is the advantage of ...

Re: Remote brake master cylinder reservoir
Mike,
It is good quality. Here you see photos of the 6mm pipe where it enter the chassis on the Morris. The stencil provided makes drilling quite easy. It is a bit of a fiddle to get the pipe in past the gearbox.

Re: Remote brake master cylinder reservoir
Here's a photo of my kit which is quite similar to my MG T-series kits. I have built about 75 MG kits already. It uses two 6mm copper pipes so you don't have to drill large holes in the chassis leg on the Morris. The reservoir can be placed wherever you choose as the pipe is long enough. Once instal...

Re: convertible hood flapping in the wind
John,
Easily done with Velcro. Here's a few photos of what I did. A width of 1/2" split pipe lagging tensions the hood and protects you from banging your head. The velcro is sewn into the seam of the hood. No more flapping.
