Re: Another Flea-bay Question.......
I had the same problem with a road wheel and tyre which sold for the princely sum of 99p. After three months I wrote to the buyer saying that I was going to dispose of the item a month later. I offered a refund, less eBay charges but he still didn't reply. I recommend that you contact him through th...

Hi John - could you post details of the car restoration course where you learned the basics please? I've never had a lesson in my life and my first attempts have been a bit rough!

Paying for diagnostic tests is a real con. For my Nissan you turn the radio off, press the info button and turn the radio volume knob 30 clicks. At a garage, that will be £25 sir ...

Re: National suggestion
Some well thought out points, I like the idea of a voting slip to find out the 'people's favourite'. I went to the national for the first time last year and had a great day out with the family. I like your youtube videos of other events, but the main improvement appears to be the backing tracks beca...

Re: Laptop WinXP Problems
I've just tried it. You need to include hidden files. Mine is in:
C:\Documents and Settings\MYNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{LOT-OF-CODE-NUMBERS}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Try running a file search for a file named "Inbox.dbx" and then have a look in the folder that contains it for any other dbx files.

Welcome to the forum! As far as I know, they were all painted matt black in the factory. You could upgrade it with a piece of old carpet, as a lot of owners did at the time

Re: Fuel tank leak petrol everywhere
Check that the petrol gauge sender has a gasket and is screwed tight. It is a circle about 4 inches diameter on the top of the tank. Mine leaked the first time I filled up. Use a brass screwdriver to avoid sparks!!

Where do you buy parrafin? I used to see it at petrol stations, but I don't think they stock it now. B&Q maybe?

Bottom hose - too short?
I've bought a secondhand bottom hose with a heater take-off tube. It is for spare, there is nothing wrong with the old one. When I offer it up next to the old one it looks about two inches shorter in the horizontal direction. Do they come in different sizes for different age minors? I'm probably goi...
