If you look at page BH6 of the body manual AKD3542 you will see the earlier set up and..............on page BH7 the later set up.......

Use some car inner tube or reuse the old one if you cant find a new replacement... use some waxoyle to lubricate whilst refitting NOT wash up liquid...

Unless the play is excessive I would leave well alone... You can remove the top felt, work in some grease and tease the fibres out slightly and replace it 'inside out' by rolling it the other way after removing the wheel ...Should then be good for another 50,000 miles :D :D :wink: :wink: The new fel...

I havent measured exact size but the original nut is 3/8" BSF so a shouldered bolt from ebay would be fine eg 1/2"x 3/8 x 3/4 head and just grind the head off and cut it to the correct length.... The old one can be cut out neatly with a tube hole saw with the centre drill removed.. https://www.ebay....

None of the supplier diagrams show the Traveller inner sill reinforcing panel which fits inside the step sill...it is similar to the reinforcement fitted to the convertable .....the panel ref is CHS 261 see this.... http://www.morrisminor.dk/parts/minor/panels/panels_e.html Why not make you own floo...
