I struggle to believe, especially on this forum, that in 2014 people still feel that it's acceptable to make sexist chauvinistic comments. Attempting to cover such comments with 'just joking' and the like is, really, just unacceptable.

Hi everyone, I am unable to continue working on Merlin due to running out of gas! Why not go and buy some more, i hear you ask! Lovely job. My radiator developed a small hole before i took Merlin off the road, i soldered it initially then coated it in a similar substance! Excuse my ignorance BUT will you have to completely dismantle the engine to skim the block?

This is the problem with the 'anonymous mask' the internet provides. I completely agree with you that, granted a very select few, take it upon themselves to upset/agitate other members! However i don't think leaving is the answer, it is up to the administration to do something about it.

I'm soon going to have to use some body filler for a bit of smoothing, to be followed by some temporary painting!
