Re: Steves Morris Traveller 1970

Iv just ordered the sills and a pillar cover panel. I hope the pillar cover you have ordered is better than the ones I ordered from one of the major suppliers of Minor parts ( :D ) some time ago. Mine were totally useless  . They were so far from the correct shape that it was impractical to t...

Re: Paaro - Morris Minor 1000 1957 4 door restoration

Hi greendefender123 Just so you know the saying 'teaching your grannie to suck eggs' is reference to the time when old ladies (grannies) used to give painted eggs as gifts at Easter. They used to make two holes in the top of the egg and suck out it's contents most probably not then consuming them m...

Re: Steves Morris Traveller 1970

Well we have some progress! Back panels fitted. Having to really tidy up the o/s due to the welder having a leak. Couple of places needed rewelding but all good. Iv just ordered the sills and a pillar cover panel. Im leaving the o/s boxing panel as it requires no welding. Had to order the bits as it...

Looking good. Whats your plan for the painting? Iv gotta put metal back before i can paint. Iv use chassis black, which has lasted well on other cars. Still perfect when primed properly.
