I had just worked out the cause of the problem when he arrived, but it was nice to have some moral support! Seems the spring that opens and closes the points was touching the metal body of the dizzy near where the condensor connects to it. Wrapped a load of insulating tape around and seems to be ok ...

Thanks to the White Knight of Wiltshire!
Just a long shot but should the driver of a white Traveller from Tisbury, Wiltshire be reading this, I would like to thank him for stopping and assisting with Blackie during his daily breakdown today! I couldn't believe it when the very next car to come round the corner was another Morris! The guy s...

4 Spoke Revolutions
Good evening all.
Has anyone ever seen a Minor on 4 spoke revolutions? I have a 64 traveller in black, and think 4 spokes revolutions in black with silver rim would look quite smart. If anyone has a picture it would be a great help!
Regards,
Sam.

Seeking advice on wheel arch repair
Hi all. I wonder if you could cast your eyes over this little treat i've discovered today. Its located in the back wheel arch of '64 Traveller, and runs along the length of the seam where the the wheel arch attaches to the body. My question is this, how easy is it to remove the rear arch on a Travel...

Which oil for Traveller Wood?
Hi everyone. I am sure this has been discussed before, but I've had a good hunt through the forum and can't find a conclusive answer! What is the best oil to use on my Traveller's wood? I think the last oil used was Tung oil. Would it be best to carry on using that or is there a better product? Its ...

Pleased to report that after a weekend of driving, it hasn't missed a beat! Although i think the clutch is on its way out as its very juddery when pulling away, and I suspect it to be a 998cc not a 1098cc! Is there any way of knowing this without looking at the engine plate (which i can't do because...
