Mike
To give you a clue! The vehicle Steve mentioned was the last of the line started by NWL576, and was compared/roadtested with NWL for Classic Cars magazine of July 1994. Cheers John

Re: No key

I have a FS886 key. It is straight and not worn.
I can mail it to you if you want to try it, and if it doesn't fit, just send it back to me.
Let me know if you are interested in it. John

Bas***ds!!
A decent looking car.
Other noticeable features that might currently catch the eye if seen, are the roof aerial and door mirrors on both sides.

Re: Spotted today.

As you say, everybody to their own. Convertibles particularly are prone to water ingress, which one of these vehicles was. Hence my comment.

Re: Spotted today.

Saw two minors today travelling on the North Mundham/Runcton section of the road between Bognor and Chichester, around midday today, within 5 minutes of each other! First one was a smart E reg? cream convertible with a red hood, and the next one going in the same direction, a saloon with a JJJ regis...

Re: Another insurance question

Try RH classic insurance on 01277 206911. My last minor was £78 fully comp with breakdown cover, and if you unfortunately write the car off, they give you the salvage back for free!

Re: Total Loss Salvage Value process

FYI - RH insurance actually give you the salvage vehicle back FOC if your classic is written off with them. Doesn't help in this case, but if you are unfortunate to have a write off, it sure saves a lot of hassle and heartache.
