Re: What exhaust?

Welcome to the messageboard. I have a fairly newish stainless steel exhaust on my traveller and in terms of noise it is fine - not noticeably louder than the mild steel one it replaced. Exhaust noise tends to be a bit louder in a traveller than a saloon but I seem to recall that someone on here rece...

I know that Cam (webmaster) has had lots of contact with our IT provider over this problem. I don't know what the outcome was so will contact Cam for an update.

Re: Morris Minor specialists - quality of service

However 'fair comment' provides a good degree of protection in these matters The problem is that previous experience here has shown that for every fair comment posted there will also be unfair comments. Unfortunately the internet is full of people that believe what is written is true without knowin...

Re: Morris Minor specialists - quality of service

MollyOwner - as a relatively new messageboard user, just to make you aware that I have edited to your post so that the company you are referring to is not identifiable as that is against the sites terms & conditions. As a reminder to all, this is not the place for raising complaints about indivi...

Re: How to post a photo

You seem to have successfully managed to add a signature to your posts - - but the photo has not uploaded. Have you tried following the same process since the photo sizing problem has been fixed? If you re-try adding a signature photo it may now work. If it doesn't I'll try to ...

Re: How to post a photo

Two months later, and still on answers? nope What exactly do you still need the answers to DavidW / Firedrake? The issues raised here relating to photo size have now been fixed, and details regarding how to attach a signature photo are included within the messageboard FAQ's ('FAQ' tab top left of p...

Re: Very unusual MM in Uruguay

It's to do with the change of server as not all photos from the previous messageboard were automatically transferred to the new one. Anyone wanting pictures restored need to pm Cam (indicating the relevant thread) and he will then contact our IT provider.

Re: Speeding offences just changed

I came across some useful advice on Facebook recently: A motorist from Southend has revealed the one simple trick that she has been using for the last 10 years that she claims has helped her to avoid speeding tickets and penalty points on her driving licence. 32-year-old Melanie Molridge told our Ch...

There were a few in the 'Man about the house' film which was on last weekend. See here for 33 pages of photos of Minors in films/TV and it's worth a browse through for some memories of long forgotten TV shows: http://www.imcdb.org/vehicles.php?make= ... nor&page=1

Re: Not what it used to be?

It appears that there is little or no 'webmaster' type activity or role as elsewhere on blogs or fora that I use - my experience is, admittedly, limited here. I do think it rather belittles members to refer to their 'moans', when these are legitimate issues on services, (for which members pay) . Th...

Re: Not what it used to be?

Well the mods have been given no instructions for the various functions so I'm just trying them out to see if they work, same as everyone else. I always click on 'preview' before posting as you'll then be able to see if too many pictures have been posted, spot any spelling mistakes etc. Personally, ...

Re: Not what it used to be?

Louise, I was always taught that where a lack of communication was found 'facts' and rumour will fill the void. If members were told what was being done , or at least that concerns were being heard and or addressed most would be understanding. It is the apparent lack of response - until tonight - t...
