Yes there are a few on ebay but none of them are 803 type. I have also tried club spares with no joy at present.

I know this probably should be in the wanted section. But as they are hard to find, i wonder would anyone have or know where i can get a 803 gear knob. Bull motif, charles ware, esm or tom roy don't have any at present .

Not that 4 minors isn't enough, but i have purchased yet another one. Its a 2 owners april 1954 4 door in birch grey, standard car with 57000 miles. So no heater, no passenger's sunvisor, no overriders and has its original vinyl interior. It still has its original reg and 803 running gear throughout...

Yep. Fitted a new Lockheed one last week to the traveller. Had to shave a bit of each bolt hole. But with no cursing David.

The first thing i would try is to remove the bottom hose from the radiator to remove the coolant. And totally flush out the radiator with a garden hose at both ends. One of mine did the same many years ago and the water was brown.

Well my first national was Breamor in 2005 and we haven't missed one since. So we'll be flying to Gatwick from Belfast

Well, due to time restrictions i will replace the centre main bearings in the meantime. But it won't be used for a while, so it looks like the winter project is sorted. I have all the new parts anyway for a spare engine, so we'll just use them.
