Hi Rupert! Autoglass came and did mine yesterday (it took him the best part of 3 hours so you should be dead proud!) The problem with mine stemmed from the chrome strip not wanting to sit right (He put it in before fitting it) As to sealing - he used a standard polymer-in-a-applicator-gun black goo....

To add to the post.... I took the speedo out (who said the self retaining screws were bl**dy self retaining?! - they've disappeared somewhere by the glove box!)
