Then you'll have one for every day of the week!

Re: LBM Models ?
Hi,
I have never seen this kind of frontal modification on a Moggy before, who created it?
[frame][/frame]
Also, and excuse my ignorance here, what is an 'X-PAG' engine and what were they created for?
Best wishes,
Mike.

Hi,
For my two-penneth-worth I think this is a two door, as if you look at the first photograph, through the windscreen, you will see the rear side windows are one piece and feature no quarter-lights.
Great looking car either way.
Mike.

Re: Goodbye taxdisc - or not!
Hi, I use Earlswood reproduction tax discs (link below), as they use the original perforated round tax disc paper, printed on both sides just as it would have been. They are excellent quality and only cost £28 including postage. I have been displaying a copy of my original 1963 tax disc in my Moggy...

Re: Just how good is a round Smith's heater
Hi, My round Smiths heater works a treat, though it has to be said that it's effectiveness at screen clearance reduces with the outside temperature! :-? Mind you, I flushed my system out with the two part rad flush and it worked all the better for it. I recently did the same to my MG and found that...

I don't know if anyone has mentioned the idea of a high level brake light to you before but I thought you might like to take a look at this article: http://www.mmoc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=48385&hilit=+high+level+brake+light I had three people drive into the back of me before I fitted m...

You're doing really well, she'll be nice and solid once you're done. But don't forget to waxoil (Dinitrol cavity wax) in all the box sections and cavities (including your repaired ones) to prevent it coming back again.
Best wishes,
Mike.

Stainless steel is the way forward with hub caps. Cleans and shines just as good as chrome........

They look great, all together like that.
Hopefully it will inspire someone to return number 14 to roadworthy condition.
Was it brought along by it's new owner or was it up for sale?
Best wishes,
Mike.

Thanks for the link, I may have to wait until they have them on offer again though, that's a bit more than I'd want to pay for them at present.

Hi, Just a little confusion on my part...... The gearbox tunnel cover is removable for maintenance access and is fixed in placed by a dozen or so brass screws (into captive nuts), yet you seem to have left it in place and are welding it permanently into position. Is there any reason for this, as I ...

Cheers BMC.
Once she's a little more up together I think I shall bring her back north of the border (in whatever form it takes then??) and take a closer / longer look at some of beautiful Scotland.
Best wishes,
Mike.
