yeah the only difference is you cant reuse them with new seals. Mine are pattern at the front OK after 3 years. The pattern master cylinder is a bit bigger than the genuine part (orignal not avalable) but it works OK.

yeah there handy enough, the backs on a 4 door are harder. the stop at the back needs out to let the window down far enough. ill have to get round to the backs on mine sometime.

ince the rear piping is not a definite sealer, I might be tempted to add some dumdum to it, I think it would seal better, has anyone tried this? The new car my brother has (well older) doesnt have wing piping at all at the back just sealant, but its hard setting. Does a good job but doesnt look the...

oh i, no the window marks have wee shamrocks in it, (and the engines have a musical quality.) :wink: the colours they made are werid really dark browns and different shades (NOT ALL GREEN)

Be careful here if your on about colours, if the car was built in Dublin the colour schemes will be different than those from England, so colour codes wont be the same. Look under the bonnet on the bulkhead, if there is a plate saying made in Dublin, or there are shamrocks on the windows, or the bac...

the number MAW5 is teh chassis number and not stamped anywhere else the body number is different stapped as said before. IT should be MAW5 not s. I had problems with this when we bought a car form England, had to export it to here, even though we're in the UK its cause the log books nover here go to...

doesnt sound like a propshaft, sounds more like a box trouble, but see the expert and tell them about it.

Make sure it's not a wheel about to drop off - take the hub caps off and check all the nuts urgently
yeh forgot about that sometimes the simplest explaination is the right one. should here a clunk AT REGUAL INTERVALS AND WILL SPEED UP WHEN YOU GO QUICKER.

check the engine steady bar as well on the move mine rattled so bad on acceleration, turned was both slack steady bar and mis balanced prop. very easy to replace 4 bolts then pull.

My LHD lowlight hasn't even got a lock on the drivers side, just on the passenger side
thats because lasey factory workers could be bothered fitting one on the other side. is suppose ive answered my own question. couldnt be bothered answers a lot of things.

I wonder why 4 doors having 4 doors only have 1 door lock, where as 2 doors have a lock on either side. should all travellers not have a lock on either side?
