I share my 53 convertable with my 72 year old dad.....I payed for it,maintain it,insure it ...he drives and polishes it :lol:

Cylinder head advice

I am looking at a moggy next week...the owner has told me that the head was done a few hundred miles ago...if this a good thing or should I be looking into this a bit more...any advice would be good..thanks in advance...

On a different note what's the best way to polish them...and with what....mine are dull..also those centre caps ..do they push on or do you take the wheel off then push them on from the inside...with thanks

For a visual deterant I have just picked up a half moon steering lock off a car boot for a fiver,made for halfords I think....it fits my large moggy perfectly once the inner spacers on it are removed....some years ago I had a friend who had a garage forcourt which had the old Austin maestro s on the...

I have only just started to research my moggy....wife thinks I am potty...one of my 1st questions is how many convertable split screen cheese graters were made and is there a list of how many are left...I mean the one before the slat grill...not the low light...any help would be good..

Your right...in a way....on my moggy chassis plate it does indeed say 1/1 ....so it's an original 53 tourer...but some thicko has put on my log book an...m... Instead of the 1/1 it should be....it can be mistaken at a quick glacé on the chassis as am m though...so does anyone no what I can do about ...

I no the f is for morris
I no the c is convertable
B is the colour
What's the letter m for?
