Perhaps two replacements would be no harm.

Re: Remote brake fluid reservoir pipe routing
Nice find but it will not help Morris Minor owners unless you route the piping above the floor.
I could use that on my MG TD/TF reservoir kits if my source dries up. The brass ones in the second photo are Morris Minor M/C rear plugs.

If you run out of crush washers , I still have some solid spacers here that I had made up. They are 20mm. You are welcome to have one if you cover the postage.

Here's a photo of the valve. It operates very smoothly. The take-off plate I have laser cut for the XPAG engines.

Re: Differential oil seal?
I use an in-lb beam style torque wrench. They are not that expensive. The photo shows the tooling I use on MG T-Series diffs. The in-lb torque wrench as shown in the centre of the photo.

Re: Differential oil seal?
If the wrong oil (GL5) was used it can attack yellow metal such as thrust washers or brass bearing cages which are sometimes used on angular contact bearings as fitted to the carrier. I would only use a GL4 grade hypoid oil.

Re: 1098 heater valve what's the latest on these?
I used this heater valve on my MG. It is really good. I cannot upload a photo for some reason-getting error messages.

No problems with it. It can easily be adapted for Minors.

Re: Rear Hub Nut Spanner
I had 48mm spanners laser cut for the Girling dampers on the MG TD. It would be easy enough to beef up the handle for use on the minor.
Laser cutting is quite reasonable over here. Here is a design for a Morris Minor spanner that should work. I can order one and test fit it on my car.

Re: Cylinder Head
You can fit longer ones wher the heater pipe is mounted. This enables the pipe to be removed without disturbing the cylinder head nuts which makes it easier when changing or replacing a thermostat.

53lake,
My kit uses copper piping. It comes in two sections which are joined together by a union with a drain facility. I now have a laser cut stainless steel mounting bracket.

If you can't get it sorted I can build you a speedo corrector gearbox. It is not possible to upload photos at the moment for some reason or other.

Mike,
I would also fit the long studs to where the heater pipe is fitted. This means you can remove the pipe without disturbing the head e.g. if you want to change the thermostat.

Re: MM Split Case Rear Axle - Bearing Replacement
That is a standard bearing that was used on many differentials. I have the same 19LJ35 R&M in my MG TD. It is a metric bearing and the modern equivalent is an SKF 7207B measuring 35x72x17mm.
Hope this helps

If you buy the gearbox from Peter Gamble from Hi-Gear Engineering, they come fitted with a drain plug. I tapped the top plate to take a filler cap on my MG when I installed the T9.

If the rubber washer was the right size then yes. I added a grommet to solve that problem.
