The wood on it isn't bad at all, IMHO, we stripped it right back to bare wood over summer 2002 and revarnished the whole thing, some silly sod had bodged it up before so we put it right. I would say the wood is probabally about 95%

2 on TV i've spotted recently. The programme about donald campbell featured the rear end of a white 1000 trav and a programme on Beeb2 called '9mm' showed footage of the iranian embassy seige and there was a blue one parked outside it

can we stop the engine wars now?
if so then I have the 0-60 listed as 8.1 seconds and 31.7 MPG
that sounds about right but the acceleration feels ridiculous when sat in the car

Cam, Which of yours do you drive? The Trav?????? From the photos it looks like the 69 and 52 are both servicable but if I had three (or two) mogs I would have major difficulties choosing. Are you gonna keep the trave green and have a fleet? or change the colour for a bit of a change?

I like gaydon, went there a few Times with my ex's Dad he had the Last XR3i Sold in the UK and he concoursed it. I'd love to get a concours mog but my bedget aint high enough
