Re: Door Fit

I’ve discovered the window frame is the problem
Is there any form of adjustment I can do other than perhaps a little manipulation?

I would be interested to know if when you undo the fuel cap is it under vacuum
It may be getting starved of fuel if it’s not breathing properly

Door Fit

I really need to slam my passenger side door to shut it
I’ve had a play with what can adjust to no avail
If I remove the door seal it’s closes fine and sits well in the gap
Are all the seals the same thickness ?

Re: CIGARETTE/PHONE SOCKET SUPPLY

I am currently doing the same thing
I would have liked to have used a spare connection on the top of the fuse box but they are all in use
So I have gone to the bottom unfused side
Because of this I have placed the inline fuse next to the fuse box to keep the unprotected cable length to a minimum

I would ring
They have good customer service
The emails are looked at at the end of the day I believe but if you ring them they will get stuff in the post
I’ve been getting delivery the next day after ringing advise it’s urgent

Re: Is the Interior-light wire part of LOOM?

I have a 2 core cable in mine with purple and black cables running up the drivers pillar to the light ( + & - ) I suspect that this connects the the one you have in your hand and is the feed from the main loom
A further brown/purple comes from the light to the door switches

Re: Is the Interior-light wire part of LOOM?

I was playing with my light circuit recently That looks like the positive feed the interior light There will be a brown and purple I think going to each of the door switches The switch on the doors make the circuit to earth / the body of the vehicle The wires you show are routed up the drivers side ...

Re: Mixture?

I recently went through this process but struggled to get conclusive results So following advice on this forum I used the colour of the plugs as a guide After adjustment I ran it for say a couple of miles and adjusted accordingly It’s not quite as scientific but it worked for me I was surprised how ...
