Looks good, though your carb should have a metal heat shielding around that fuel pipe between the float chamber and the carb, else you may suffer from fuel vaporisation.

The gaiters supplied by ame353 (Andrew Eggleton) seem to be of reasonable quality - certainly far better than some very thin floppy rubber ones I previously fitted that only lasted about 6 months!

Yes, it indicates a 'Gold seal' fully rebuilt unit, as opposed to a 'Silver seal' partially rebuilt one. This thread mentions a similar engine number:

Try to keep any excess oil/grease off any rubber parts (e.g., bushes) and the wiring loom - oil rots the rubber.

Nice work. What are the wheels? They appear to be standard Minor rims but have more of an offset, almost like front wheel drive car rims.

I would carefully clean up the surfaces to be joined and use some epoxy resin (e.g., Araldite) to bond it back together, holding it in place with a suitable heavy item to lean against it while the glue dries.
