Yeah iv used it. Ideal for repairs. Iv done a couple of test pieces on my road car and so far so good. But its still only a rust treatment. Nothing can beat new metal. It seals it well tho.

Re: Should I Buy & Restore This?
You really need to go and look. Pull it out the hedge. Strip it down abit while you look. Then decide if its to much or not. I spent over an hour looking at my project before i bought it. Theres plenty of help online about where to look and things. Keep us updated on what you do.

Hi guys. Il be changing my sills well most of it with new, inner sills are still good. I will be bracing the doors across the pillars aswell. Re: New member with moggie
Thats abit of turn around then, atleast your not giving up on it. Its surprising finding rust that you cant see when its all together. Mine only needed a back panel, repairs on the rear arches and a plate on one sill. But as iv taken it apart iv found loads. Sills floors chassis leg needs a patch, i...

Re: Magnets in drain plugs
Good idea, think some on my land rover are magnetic. Still a good idea but i hope my oil filter also catches alot of the swarf tho this should catch bits before they get sucked up. Obviously the axles and gearboxes dont have filters.
