I would say smear grease on everything before assembling then when assembled put full lock on one way and pump with grease through nipples until it comes out then put full lock on the opposite way and pump with grease again this should be ample.

What’s the best way to immobilise a moggy?

Please don't say remove the engine. I have a Morris minor tourer and want to fit an immobilising device dose any one have a cheep and simple idea

Minilites you can get them in different shades and with the new look polished edges uber cool. Try Ebay. There is normally someone selling them new with tyres for around £300.

I think I got big probs I just taken out all the 35amp fuses and all the lights wipers etc still work and the pulsing is still there

If I turn the ignition on but do not start the car then put the indicator on and the heater all is well for a few seconds then the heater motor starts to pulse as dose the orange warning light.
